Not feeling the love? You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be:

 

Unused and un-chewed

In original packaging

In the same condition you received them

 

 

P.S. For health and safety, we can’t accept returns on grooming items, or personalized gear (no one wants a leash with someone else’s dog’s name on it—trust us).

 

Wrong Item or Damaged Delivery?

 

Uh-oh—if something arrived damaged or we goofed up your order, let us fix it!

 

Contact at us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A little tail of what happened (see what we did there?)


We’ll send a replacement or refund—no need to send the item back if it’s our bad.


 

Refunds

 

Once your return is approved and received:

 

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
